Order confirmation

When your order is received, we will send you an email confirming your order.

 

Order processing time

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days from when they are placed. Occasionally, an item may be on back-order requiring a few more days to complete processing, in that case we will inform you by email.

 

Tracking your shipment

All packages sent via La Poste (the French post) will have a tracking number assigned. In order to be updated on your shipment, we will send you a tracking number that you can use by visiting www.laposte.fr/Particulier.

 

Shipping time and costs

Cyclotomy will happily take your order no matter where you live in the European Union. For the countries not listed below, please contact us at contact@cyclotomy.com, we'll make sure to arrange delivery for you.
All orders to Europe and Switzerland are shipped by La Poste (Colissimo). The delivery address does not need to be the same as the invoicing address, it can be your home, your office, your friend’s place as in the case of a gift, for example.
Shipping time and cost depend on the country of delivery:

  For less than €100, add €9 shipping cost.

  Free shipping over €250.

  For less than €250, add €14 shipping cost.

United Kingdom, Italy, Spain 4 to 8 working days

  Free shipping over €250.

  For less than €250, add €16 shipping cost.

Austria, Denmark, Irland,

Portugal

4 to 8 working days

  Free shipping over €250.

  For less than €250, add €18 shipping cost.

Finland, Sweden, Switzerland 4 to 8 working days

  Free shipping over €250.

  For less than €250, add €22 shipping cost.

Note :

  • Shipping charges are charged on a per order basis.
  • Please note that all international custom and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer. These are in addition to, and not included in the cost of shipping.
  • The number of days required for shipping is estimated, but is not guaranteed. Orders to small centres or remote locations may require extra shipping time. In addition, extreme weather conditions and seasonal peaks may cause delivery delays.
