The Bike Heist continues… hilarious!

This is about 2 lifelong friends and roommates, Mike and Barry, who are going to deal with bike thief, their lovely lady neighbour, bike thief again, and it goes on like nothing according to plan. The short trailer already convinced me and bearded Barry in his bathrobe makes me looking forward to it.
This bromantic comedy-caper made in Canada should make you laugh this coming summer 2011. More info here.

It’s about 2 guys who decided last summer to go on a journey from South (Florida Keys) to North (Alaska) of the United States with a bike, loads of energy and a big thirst for adventure. 6000 miles (9656km!) in 89 days, all very well described on their blog and because what they came across is certainly a pleasure for the eyes, they made a movie. Here is the trailer.

… because it is mind blowing. One more time the mountain bike freeriders nailed it down!
You can buy the DVD here.

This post has nothing really to do with bikes, but my weakness for quality films took over. Quentin Dupieux, a.k.a Mr Oizo (French music producer who got famous with a yellow puppet ‘Flat Eric’ head banging to the track), just released a new movie ‘Rubber’. The trailer is really sick!

I couldn’t pass on this one. A race with Rapha’s team across Pittsburgh, PA.
Stunning images, nice tale (and voice), inspiring faces, in one word TERRIFIC!
Get yourself a nice cup of coffee and watch.
