The new artistic/luxury feat called “velo” is the result of a collab work between Pharrell Williams, Domeau & Pérès, the French design editor, and Brooklyn Machine Works, who produced the frame and fork. The bike is made out of 4130 chromemoly seamless airplane grade steel tubing and covered with water buffalo leather, and of course all the stitching work is done by hand. So let me tell you this ‘one of a kind’ will be the most limited edition bike on earth, as there’ll be 1 bike for 1 color (12 colors) . For those who are interested, the bike is available at the Gagosian store for just €20,000.00 ($27,250 USD)! At this price, they could have gone a little bit fancier, rattlesnake skin maybe?
